Three of us work at Sisu, in shifts, and you will meet each of us.
Owner and head sauna guide
Helga opened Sisu after years of building saunas for friends. She loads the stones, leads the Friday löyly rounds and keeps the plunge water in order. She speaks English and a little Swedish.
Sauna attendant
Mayly keeps the rooms and the stones ready, welcomes first-timers and walks them through the four steps. She speaks Hmong and English.
Host and bookings
Mahlet answers the phone, books private saunas and groups, and checks you in. She speaks Amharic and English.
