Our policies

What to know before you book. Prices are set by the house and shown on the booking page.

Booking and deposits

Book online or call the front desk. A card holds a private sauna or a group session, and it goes toward your visit. A shared session needs none.

Canceling and running late

Move or cancel a shared session up to 12 hours before, and a private sauna or group session up to 24 hours before. Sessions start on the hour and end on time: a late arrival does not extend one.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a session without telling us, the card on your booking may be charged under the terms you see before you confirm. Call us if something comes up; we would rather move you.

Children and companions

Sauna and plunge are for guests 18 and over, in every session. We do not offer a family session, and no one under 18 may come in, even with a parent.

If you're not happy

If a session was not what you hoped for, tell us within a few days and we will make it right.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk, or on your card, for whoever looked after you.

Using the thermal areas

Wear a swimsuit in every room, private saunas included. Shower before you go in, sit on your towel, and leave jewelry and glasses in your locker. Guests must be 18 or over. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat or cold, ask your doctor first. Leave any room if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Phones and quiet

Phones stay in your locker, and no photos are taken anywhere inside. The sauna and the quiet room are for resting, so keep calls for the lobby.

Before your visit

Come 15 minutes early, with a swimsuit. Eat lightly an hour or two before, drink water, and skip alcohol before and during your session.

When to ask your doctor first

Ask your doctor before you book if you are pregnant, have a heart or blood pressure condition, or take a medicine that affects how you handle heat or cold. We cannot judge that for you, and you can leave any room at any moment.
