Prices are set by the house and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them, and what to expect.
What decides the price
Three things set the price of a session: which kind you book, how long it is, and how many guests are in the party.
Shared session, private sauna or group
The length of the session
The number of guests in a private sauna or group
Deposits
A card holds a private sauna or a group session, and it goes toward your visit. A shared session needs none.
Move or cancel a shared session up to 12 hours before, and a private sauna or group session up to 24 hours before. Arrive late and the session still ends on time.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A löyly round, a first-timer's tour or extra time can be added when you book or at the front desk. We agree to it before it starts, and the booking page shows what it adds.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk, or on your card, for whoever looked after you.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card works for any session. Buy one online or at the front desk, and whoever receives it books like any guest.
